Key Features
Akram Tawfeek requires a full mobile application to bring his bright idea to reality. This mobile application will allow artists to list themselves on the platform and users will be able to submit a request or a reservation to an artist to come to perform a musical show or some sort of art in a specific event or place. The artist gets to receive these requests and approve or disapprove it.
There are a few key features that I'll build into your mobile application, which I feel are important given your needs:
Mobile App:

- View artist information card
- A flow to request or reserve an artist
- Account section with common security features and an activity section.
- Review an artist flow
- Events list
- become an artist flow
- Integration of notifications features to notify users or artists of any changes that occur on their reservations
- Basic Authentication and social media Authentication such as Facebook and google

The table below details the costs associated with this project. Invoices will be sent to Akram Tawfeek in accordance with the timeline indicated below, are payable via instapay, cash or wire transfer.

Terms of Agreement
Authorization
Akram Tawfeek is engaging Eslam Mehany, as an independent contractor for the specific project outlined below:
- Akram Tawfeek mobile app development, deployment, hosting, & support
Completion
Eslam Mehany, and Akram Tawfeek must work together to complete the project in a timely manner. Eslam Mehany agrees to work expeditiously to complete the project no later than the specified launch date (depending on date of acceptance of agreement)
Payment
Fees to Eslam Mehany are due in accordance with the above listed pricing table. Fees for monthly services will be invoices on the 1st business day of each calendar month, and are due according to the above timeline table. All payments will be made in USD or EGP.
Assignment of Project
Eslam Mehany reserves the right to assign subcontractors to this project to insure the right fit for the job as well as on-time completion.
Revision During Execution
Akram Tawfeek may be charged additional fees if it decides to make changes to the agreed upon project scope and objectives.
Legal & License
Eslam Mehany warrants that the functionality contained in this project will meet Akram Tawfeek requirements and that the operation will be reasonably error-free.
The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the project is with Akram Tawfeek. In no event will Eslam Mehany be liable to Akram Tawfeek or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate the website, even if Eslam Mehany has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Copyrights & Trademarks
Akram Tawfeek represents to Eslam Mehany and unconditionally guarantees that any elements furnished to Eslam Mehany. for inclusion in the project are owned by Akram Tawfeek, or that Akram Tawfeek has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Eslam Mehany and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by Akram Tawfeek.
Copyright to Project
Eslam Mehany guarantees that all aspects of design and construction of the project will be disclosed to Akram Tawfeek upon completion, and full code, copyrights and ownership will be the sole property of Akram Tawfeek. Eslam Mehany retains the right to display graphics and other design elements as examples of its work in its portfolio.
Sole Agreement
The agreement contained in this Contract constitutes the sole agreement between Eslam Mehany and Akram Tawfeek regarding this project. Any additional work not specified in this contract must be authorized by a written change order. All prices specified in this contract will be honored for three (3) months after both parties sign this contract. Continued services after that time will require a new agreement.
Initial Payment & Refund Policy
This agreement begins with an initial payment indicated in the pricing table above. If Akram Tawfeek halts work and applies for a refund within 4 days, work completed shall be billed at the daily rate of $25, and deducted from the initial payment, the balance of which shall be returned to Akram Tawfeek. If, at the time of the request for refund, work has been completed beyond the amount covered by the initial payment, Akram Tawfeek shall be liable to pay for all work completed at the hourly rate stated above. No portion of this initial payment will be refunded unless requested within 4 days of signing this contract.
